At TrekVault Gear, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping times typically range from 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order. The carrier may vary based on the shipping destination.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • TrekVault Gear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  • We recommend contacting the carrier immediately with your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
